Delivery

GOLDEN SCENT uses ARAMEX for its delivery services across the UAE. We offer free shipping to our customers in UAE for all orders greater than 300 AED. Orders less than this amount will be subject to a 19 AED surcharge. Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. 

Most GOLDEN SCENT customers receive their orders in 3-5 Business days. Please take in mind, that these are average delivery durations. It is important that you respond to phone calls from Golden Scent or Aramex for address verification and arranging delivery, in order to delivery your shipment in due course.

The courier company offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick up your orders from the nearest Courier Company office. 


Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation containing a tracking number (i.e 40459234745). Click here to track your shipment. Enter your tracking number into the empty field and click on “Track”.


Returns

Returns are very easy, with no additional costs for you. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for something wrong with the product, or you received a different of what you ordered.  please contact GOLDEN SCENT customer service at service@goldenscent.com or call us at (+971) 48757600 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You will receive a label attachment from service@goldenscent.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that please drop all exchange items to the nearest Aramex office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use. Please take in mind, that you can return only merchandise in resalable condition. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

 

Refunds

Kindly note that we only issue refund vouchers for defective items that can be used to purchase anything from GOLDEN SCENT again. We do not give cash refunds
